1. Overview

At FromDeals2Door.in, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

2. Return Window

  * You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  * Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
  * Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  * Returns for personalized or custom-made items are not accepted.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:
✔ Be in new, unused condition.
✔ Have all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
✔ Include a valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
✔ Not be listed under non-returnable items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care & hygiene products.  
Customized or personalized items.  
Digital downloads & gift cards.  
Clearance or final sale items.  
Items damaged due to customer misuse.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:  
1️⃣ Email support@fromdeals2door.com with your order number and reason for return.  
2️⃣ We will review the request and approve eligible returns.  
3️⃣ You will receive a return shipping address and instructions.  
4️⃣ Ship the item back within 3 days of return approval.  
5️⃣ After inspection, we will process the refund or replacement.

6. Refund Processing

  * Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  * Processing time: 5-7 business days after return approval.
  * If paid via UPI/Net Banking, refund may take 3-5 business days.
  * Wallet refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.
  * Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

  * Exchanges are available only for size/color replacements (subject to stock availability).
  * You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  * If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

8. Return Shipping

  * Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  * We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  * Items lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:  
A damaged product – Report within 48 hours with clear photos.  
A wrong item – Report within 3 days with proof.  
A missing item – Contact us immediately.  
We will offer a replacement or full refund for verified claims.

10. Order Cancellation

  * Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
  * Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  * If the order is refused upon delivery, return shipping fees may apply.

11. Refund Timeline

Credit/Debit Card – 5-7 business days.  
UPI/Net Banking – 3-5 business days.  
Wallet Refunds – 24-48 hours.  
Store Credit – Instant.
